Katsolo's Journal, 15 November 2017

I'm not sure how I feel today. I'm looking at my overall stats and I'm undereating, it seems. That said, I've walked enough this week to support a 1 lb drop on Saturday - possibly more, but I'll be happy with 1. I didn't weigh myself last weekend because I knew I'd be off from the party on Friday night. Clothes are fitting better, I'm wearing my "not fat" jeans this week, so there's that.

Have to go to a community meeting this evening, so will not be able to take the dogs out for an extended walk. I will try and get them out for 30 minutes at least - for all of our sakes. Was tired last night for no good reason, went to be around 9, but got woken up by the alarm chirping and telling me I need to replace the battery - which needs a key, which I don't have. Crowbar, anyone? At least that will be fun.

I have to remember that it's taken me quite literally 20 years to work my way back up to 175. A slow loss, similar to the first time (almost a year) is in my best interests. It's also easier than doing something drastic like Medifast, although I guess there are benefits to that as well.

Sorry, this is the only way I know how to message to respond to questions. Pasta Zero is the brand I use and they are a pasta with no carbs, just make sure you dry them out in a pan before cooking so they absorb the sauce you use. It is on the package directions, it explains better than me.

Thanks, I will look for them. I just ordered the veggie sheet cutter online, too. Excited about that. Who knows, maybe I'll even figure out a way to like eggplant? 🍆. No promises on that one.
