Another 2.5 inches lost :) 5.25 so far

My weight stayed the same this week, which is kind of disappointing, but the inch lose is pretty great.

Tomorrow I begin a two week yoga boot camp - so yoga M/W/F am Garage fit M pm yoga W pm and cardio boot camp Sat am. I can hardly wait to see the results, the big thing will be keeping my food in control.
