I'm surprised how bad I can feel the day after having eaten a lot of carbos ... I think I'm going to limit myself to a single free day of Keto a month, I was currently sharing with my family on Sundays and eating just like them But the truth is that feeling bad every Monday while I return to ketosis is very annoying. Besides eating the carbos on Sunday I really don't know why I've been doing it because I really do not feel cravings to eat all that. I think maybe it's because I want to share with everyone one day a week ... But it's not worth the headaches and discomfort while my body clears itself of the excess of carbos ... Does the same thing happen to someone?

Due to being diabetic, I haven't yet felt the desire to cheat. But it's certainly understandable to want to feel like everyone else in a group setting, to join in. Old habits die hard. The good thing is you've recognized that it's detrimental to you in many ways. No matter what anyone else may think, you've got to do what's best for you. Plan ahead, have things you can eat and rather than enjoying all of the foods that seem toxic to your well being, eat what's good for you and enjoy the company. Blessings ❤️
