Lowest weight since the eighties. Maintaining well. Have to laugh. My BMI is still 26 neat and the govt website says I'm in the overweight category still. I'm happy and healthy in size 8 to 10. It's funny how these calculations play with your head. You have to look at the whole picture, not just individual calculations. Which is why I weigh, measure my size, feel how comfy my clothes are, and how healthy I feel. I've learnt my health is based on all these things together. And that's my goal. Healthiness. Skin, organs, hair, nails, teeth, and eyes. Look at the whole package. Onwards and downwards. ❤️

Great drop, Dee! Well, I'm in the normal weight category - BMI 24.6, but I still look a little overweight and I'm wearing size 14 to 16 clothes! You must have more muscle than me 🙂

No idea. I Will accept that as the answer. 😀

Doobrie is it height making the difference? I'm 157cm.

Apparently not - I'm 160 cms - lol! Probably age. I'm 65 and have probably lost a lot of muscle over the years.

Muscle wise I've lost quite a bit since my accident Jan 2016 as haven't been able to exercise. Just started walking on flat in house and around shopping centres. Maybe it's just a combo of bone structure, muscle, etc.

Sorry to hear you had an accident last year. I hope you're recovering well. Yes, you're probably right about the bone structure. I know with my granddaughters, one of them was particularly heavy to lift when she was a toddler but not overweight at all. She definitely has heavy bones compared to her sisters.

I am recovering. Slow process as it is. My Physio commented on my weight loss again yesterday. She is my age and can't believe I have lost that much and have no loose skin, especially in the tummy. I'm sure it has something to do with my doing it slowly and not using chemicals or special mixes with loads of numbers in them. Or maybe I'm just special. 😂

Lol - that's really great Dee! My skin's not bad either considering my age. I found out that skin renews itself every 28 days, so I worked out if I ate healthily and lost weight slowly that would stop it going loose. Well, it seems to have worked for us anyway 😊

I knew there would be a scientific reason for my skin adjusting so well. Thanks Doobrie. 😀 So I'm not just special after all. 😂
