I am really disappointed with myself today. I was down to 140lb last fall. I've gained about 15lb. I decided to go back and see 'what worked' - only, I had stopped recording my food intake. If I had continued to record my food intake then I'd know what foods and diet I ate to get down to that weight.

I've put a couple inches around my waist and I don't like it. I know how easy it is to climb back up.

I've started to drink a shake at breakfast. I've also cut back on the restaurant foods. I hope this will help. I have to get serious and get back down to under 145. I have set goals for myself again. I am going to reset my weight calendar and get back on track.

I was down about 8 lbs. from fall until December, then I gained about 5 back during the holidays. I'm stills struggling to get back down to that 8 lb. loss mark, but I'm getting there and hope to go beyond. If you did it before you can do it again. Just keep going!
