I can not figure out which diet to use. Low carb is difficult to follow for me due to having five bypasses and all of the fatty foods. It also upsets my stomach. I am thinking my option is calorie counting again. It works but can be frustrating!
151.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

That's what I'm doing this time. Down 40 pounds since July counting calories. It's working for me because I pretty much allow myself to have what I want, except Pepsi, as long as I stay within my allotted calories. I also have a periodic cheat day when i do go over on calories but only for 1 day. I just started exercising about 2 weeks ago. Hopefully that will increase the pace of weight loss or at least help me lose inches quicker. I used to love Pepsi but have decided I don't want to waste calories on a beverage. Lol
