Bertolli mushroom alfredo sauce with shrimp, spinach and tomatoes over spaghetti sqash. About 350 calories. Its a little rich but tasty!

Yum, isn't spaghetti squash great? I have to say my favorite meal from the Atkin's cookbook is the Chicken Cacciatore over spaghetti squash. And Alfredo sauce makes everything better. Cheers.

Yes, spaghetti squash is great davisrick1! This was my first time cooking it. It was a great substitute for Angel hair pasta.

That sauce looks lovely! I have some shirataki angelhair pasta...might need to create a variation on this soon.
