went over 50 calories but i feel good about the changes im making. One day down no purging taking it day by day meal by meal!!!

I can offer one hint to help you that would have had you under by 100 calories. If you had a low fat or fat free dressing at lunch that would have saved you tons of calories! There is a delicious Vidalia Onion Vinegrette I tried a few weeks ago. It is only like 4.5 g of fat and low in calories!

see if im gonna eat salads everyday i have to like my dressing i LOVE creamy dressings I have compromised by doing a vinaigrette and i have a yogurt dressing i love, i do a sesame ginger thats good every now and then thats low fat but my ceasar is my staple!! Maybe I will make that change too at some point.
