DAY 53..... We 're there at last slowly getting back on the diet wagon . Still going to be tough but we will do this . Slowly slowly we will get there . To be honest I do not care how long it takes . Just so long has we get there in the end . This is to be my life from now on . No point in saying any different. Because if I say durr , I can cope without . Then ait for it . That is when the weight just piles back on .....
