DAY 54 .....Yeh go on tell me I have made a mistake . Because I have , I now know it is up to me to get this weight loss and fitness . Sorted once and for all . No to not placing my foods on my page . No to not filling in my journal . Now don't get me started on the that fitness and exercise . Because it is up to me to get back on the wagon . I have allowed myself to slip off the wagon . And yes I have had to pay for it big time . My health has to come first .

just take each week at a time and plan your meals for the week so you can stick to your planed meals. I find it help when I know exactly what am having. you can do it babe!
