Chiropracter this morning. Need to get back straightened out so I can follow my own diet plan that which has a focus on using fun activities as at least half of the exercise.
Volunteered to do grocery shopping for the wife after back doctors.
222.7 lb Lost so far: 4.3 lb.    Still to go: 23.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
