This weigh in was before breakfast. I know now that popcorn is not my friend. Probably too much water retention. I also had instant hot chocolate which didn't help. Well, that's why these logs are here, they are invaluable. I have to be extra carefully today or my weigh in will be up tomorrow.
258.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 103.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Probably just the salt, I'm sure you are right. Just keep going! It is good to pay attention to the scale, it keeps you more aware of how foods affect you. Keep up the good work!
