Overall, decent day, didn't go overboard. Aunt flo came to visit, which is why I have been really craving sweets, and chocolate. Just working through it. Just ordered insanity, and going to start that in conjunction with P90x round 2 once I recieve it. Looking forward to it. Tomorrow, I have to stay focused, I work till 4 then teach my bodysculpting class at 5 so, I should be fine all day, its the night time that I screw up.
