Stayed same, fat 26.1%. Well, better than another gain at least. I've been tracking more this week, even tho what I've tracked has been hopelessly over budget, but it's a start. Galling Jon with no visible effort has now lost 5lb since hol :(
147.9 lb Lost so far: 31.1 lb.    Still to go: 15.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
