Well, I'm only down half a pound, but I'll take it. The 4 day festival is over (thankfully). It was a blast, but I totally consumed things I shouldn't have. Back to my healthy eating! I am playing around with recipes today. I've been roasting garbanzos and reading up on zucchini. I'm actually pretty stoked. I'd like to hit the farmer's market on Thursday so I can incorporate some fresh vegetables into my diet. I don't mind buying frozen, but I'm running out of freezer space.
