boy what a rough day, started out pretty good, then got really hectic and stressful after lunch. kids were HYPER today. carried out the trash and let aydein play for about an hour, feeling guilty for the 3 kit kat mini bars i had today. got to fight these stress snacking events harder. wasnt even hungry just craved them something fierce. did get a little good news late last night, my wife was offered a promotion at work, possibly 2$ more on the hour, but i know our rent will go up drastically, being income based. got to start planning for the holiday meals and try to figure out some good healthy recipes on here. more active today as well, feel better about that. Wish me luck. my brother is now down almost 38 pounds in two months. this is a picture of my oldest one and me from almost 2 years ago. before i started ballooning even more, i think around 338 here
