woohoo down 6 pounds in a week! this turned out to be one of the worst days i have had in months! i literally had neighbors come to my door and inform me that my son was into some bad situations, i have been stressed all day since then and ended up into a massive shouting match with my son, he informed me that he would never be back to my home again and left. just stopped caring about my diet today, and went to one of my comfort foods, Rice. will have to try to regroup and try again this week. Wish me luck.
372.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 152.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
