This is my first day and I would like to find some suggestions on what and how to eat. Best Food for weight loss and not being hungry. I've been walking for a month now and doing 30 min plus on Wii Fit.

First thing to do is decide what kind of diet your going to do. There's tons out there. You might just do calories. There are calorie calculators on many sites (google). But find one that takes in to account your age, sex, current weight, height and activity level for the most accurate. You have to play around with calories. You also have to track food honestly and watch out for all those bites, licks and tastes. Protein and high fiber foods help keep you satiated and help us lose fat better than any other food groups. Focus on lean protein, lean dairy (dairy has been shown to help reduce body fat), fruits and veggies. Limit processed foods (full of sodium and unhealthy). Drink water (flushes out sodium). Drink enough to stay hydrated. You might try eating 5 or 6 smaller meals instead of 3 bigger ones with some protein at each meal. good luck.

Thank you, I appreciate the comment and I'm writing EVERYTHING down that goes in my mouth. I love ALL the food groups. Have been trying to do atkins but have decided to count calories instead. Trying to increase my water intake also. Am forgoing Hvy cream in my coffee though...... adds to many calories.
