Today is the 9th day of my 10 day self yoga challenge. I have done pretty good with eating. I did splurge and had a sm blizzard on Friday. I wish now that I had not. It has been 10 days without a pop. I'm proud of that.

I have done yoga everyday of the challenge and meditiated on most of those days. It has helped me immensely mentally with a difficult week at work.

Since I have started this I have lost 3.4 pounds. I wish that I would have measured myself before I started. I do have to give credit to pinterest for keeping me motivated! I love to read the encouraging words, pictures and ideas. When I didn't feel like exercising I'd look at my board and get motivated.
