Yeah!! Today is my 10th day of my yoga self challenge. I did it all by myself! I am kinda sore from yesterday's P90X but it is a good sore. I even threw in an extra hour walk tongiht. It feels so good to accomplish this. I haven't had a pop in 11 days,too. So now I am going to try another 10 days.

If you do something for 21 days it becomes a habit. So maybe this will be an 11 day challenge for a total of 21 days.
