20 Kilos in just halve a year? I hope so. On 1.5.2012 I start fitness in a new club ai-fitness. Ca. 20€/month + ca. 15€ for flatrate (sauna+solarium) + 40/12=3,3€ for service lessons (about each 8 weeks) + ca.20/6=3,3€ for the card (because I will move in halve a year, maybe. Cardio+musceles+cources+vibrations+sauna -> young+fit ;) So total cost for the halve year: 120+90+20+20=250,-€ And I will stop my membership of McFit.
btw I am doing the entries on my Tab with Android ... ... waiting for synchronization ...
synchronisation possible, when I say that I am in USA. But sychronisation was only possible one way, so I have chosen handy -> website. Now I don't dare switching back. But I think I have to because of the shops here, the products, the measurement.
My first challenge is a little one:
1. Drink more water. Guidelines: Drink at least 32oz (1l) of water daily. days 1 to 14 2. Change it up. Guidelines: Dance 30 minutes along with your daily walk. days 7 to 10
