Reached goal weight ...now in transition phase of TSFL 4 to 8 wks of adding select food groups added back in to the daily plan, Plan now to maintain weight and tone abs and upper body. Very pleased with the Take Shape for Life plan and the Medifast products..

134.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week

Congratulations! I am following the plan (in my third week and I've done well so far but I'm really curious about how maintenance transition is. Keep me updated :)
