horray I have shown a loss of 1.1/4lb this week I think I have realised where I was going wrong I eat well Monday to Friday saying that I stay on 1250 to 1500. then on Saturday I drop down to 1000 cals.and it seemed to have worked so see what happens next week

152.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
