Can anyone tell me how to adjust the RDI settings on the app? I think the calulations for calories are a bit too generous.

go to "my settings" and then scroll to the bottom. you can manually input the RDI there and then hit "save"

oops! I meant- click on your meals and then scroll all the way down! sorry. click the plate icon at the top of the page and you can input your RDI.
