I haven't been on for a while, what with problems with my leg which turns out to be muscle problems just above my left knee for which I am mow going for physio. I am really annoyed about this as my doctor has been treating me for Arthritis- you'd think they'd know the difference! Plus I got a sickness bug from my youngest grandperson, but I am finally eating properly now. Time to get started again.
