Doing really well with my eating, CANT get to the gym!!! any suggestions?

I work out at home. I can't get to a gym either because we live in the boonies. Anyway, I do have a stationary bike I use. I have lots of workout DVDs and I use the workout games for the Wii. If you want to work out you can find a way! AND after you start working out you'll start feeling great!

Its getting up the energy to work out at ALL though ... not even just the gym. Struggling!

Baby steps. You know the 'park your car further' walk more, lol squats while you cook, make it a point to lift more things instead of letting hub do them. I even started beating mine to the trash (thats HIS job lol) Just little things. Its just to become more active! your chart is looking great btw!

Watched Biggest Loser last night, and did my weights, leg lifts etc while watching! Also, took the dog on a walk after work! Thanks for the encouragment!
