Actually faced the music today. Jaw dropped, but it does explain why even my fat clothes don't fit well. Will weigh back in three days. Goal - to do a month not two days on three days off... Back and forth has been a path up, not a path down. Not entering my weight is avoidance. If I'm going to use this tool, I better start by being honest.
