I'm not sure that journaling does me any good, but we'll see. I'm trying to focus on carbs as well as calories. I'm not sure why I'm continuing to gain. So I'm trying low-carb and high protein. I have a simple goal. New numbers before my birthday. I have a weird self-sabatoging thing-plus use food as my drug of choice.
