Fluctuated 4 pounds in the last 11 days due to my thyroid but I'm back to my lowest weight today. Last week my thyroid labs came back borderline. This is a constant battle for me having Hashimoto and Graves. Seems like one set of antibodies is always winning. It's difficult to get balance. Fortunately, I'm very sensitive to changes in my body and hopefully can get everything back in control with medication. I'm just thankful I haven't ballooned up 10 lbs., which probably would have happened if I hadn't stuck to my eating plan

I have been staying keto, just haven't had the energy to document and keep up with life.
221.4 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If we stick to our woe, the scale want go up...I'm glad it didn't go up either in spite of your medical issues. I had a lot of medical issues before I started this woe, now since I been on it, I'm off 12 different medication, because of my WOE. stay encourage, and we will get there

My thyroid was taken out 5 years ago. So if my levels are not balanced and I'm hypo, I could eat 500 calories a day and still gain weight, albeit more slowly. Right eating can not fix that. I eat this way to keep my inflammation and blood sugar down. 🙂
