Well after some looking around on the internet, I have decided to give the Atkins diet a try. It is going to be hard for me cause I cant have bread, milk, fruit, and pasta in this phase. I think the milk and fruit is what I will miss the most, but I really dont want to be a fat bride. David is a awesome man and I am so glad God sent him to me. Anyways be looking recipies and stuff up, with not too much luck. I prob wont get to record many entries fro awhile as the internet here at home is due to get shut off soon (today)
