Well, I recorded my food today and though it's consumption-wise not nearly as bad as I've done, it was still a step back in balance and nutrition. I went on a carb-fest so I know I'll wake up feeling crabby tomorrow.
As I wrote in a previous post, next time I will do what I can to log on and use my group as the biggest and best tool in my toolbox. And I will calm down and try to think before I act.
