Honestly not bad, I thought I'd be gaining more since I've been stuck in a b/p cycle for 4 days. Ugh, I'm so tired of this shit. 🙄
127.4 lb Lost so far: 72.6 lb.    Still to go: 27.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What WoE (way of eating) are you using? --- Been there, decades ago, on inescapable b/p cycles. It wasn't about body image in my case, but I had to stop weighing myself for a while.

@t8u9 I'm one day free of it, I used to be flexible with eating time and I thought it might help. I have bulimia, so honestly I want to purge everything I eat. I'm trying to work on recovery, or even get a handle on my eating habits. Improving self image and such as well. But I've been relapsing for about a year now, previously my last relapse was 6 years ago and lasted about a year for b/ping, though I still binged. DAILY. I stopped bingeing for a while, easing out of it and losing weight because I got to about 240lbs and honestly was so sick of everything. I'm not going to go into everything but I'm trying my best to help myself rn. I don't restrict usually, rather I set a goal. I try my best not to be strict on what I'm putting down because if I focus or plan too much I end up stressing out and b/ping close to 5k calories at a time.
