My unofficial weight this morning is 117.5kg.
I had a business meeting last night at 9pm and it ended up in a supper and I could not be rude in trying to explain why I'm fasting and refuse the supper. I chose a mixed grill platter that came with a roti and a small portion of chips so it wasn't too bad.
I weighed myself much earlier than usual this morning as I am headed for a 6:30am gym session. This week will be interesting!
