Today I feel so great. I'm still 15 pounds away from goal, but I just feel better in general. I'm actually able to eat normal portions and still get full. In a pinch today, I grabbed a Campbell's Soup at Hand and it was actually really filling. I could barely finish the salad wrap I had for dinner. I really think changing the foods I eat has changed me. I was so tired after work and thought about hitting a drive through, but I actually didn't WANT anything from any of the fast food places nearby. I was craving a salad, which is really strange for me... Now I'm off to do my time on the treadmill. By the way, the incline on the treadmill is a beautiful thing. I've only lost a few pounds over the last few weeks, but I definitely notice a change in the way my jeans are fitting.
