Well i certainly let the summer get away from me. With a promotion at work and all the training that went along with it, i kind of got lost. Today i realised that there is exactly 9 weeks until Christmas and i really want to lose the 12 lbs ive put back on. So today i will be starting one round of 21 Day Fix and keep up with my running. I also joined the Hogwarts Challenge on here. Being a Harry Potter fan, this certainly sounds fun :) I hope i can stay positive and keep it up. I cant keep making excuses as to why im not taking care of myself. But i know you guys know, it can get really tough and overwhelming sometimes. Especially when you dont really get the support you need at home. Well, here`s to another try.
