Advice, input, suggestions? The more I learn about my body, the more questions I have unanswered (sigh). For no apparent reason, I lost 0.75 inches off my chest in less than 4 days! I know the body's going to pull and burn fat as it needs to... AND, I know that "targeting" muscle groups during workouts doesn't burn the fat in the targeted region... BUT, I didn't do anything out of the norm, other than "stroll" (slow walk) this past week. Help?
