I want to start exercising again but its soooooo hard for me to start. Its been at least a month and a half since I was exercising at least somewhat regularly. Some medical issues have left me feeling really drained and sore all the time. I finally am starting to feel better and the weather is looking nice. Need to get on it!!!!
