I am happy with my adherence - just need to curtail the almonds and walnuts. I am working hard to not have any wine during the workweek - only on weekends. I did well with the 2 glass limit! I have been making the change to walk to work or to events in town as it is not wise to just hop in the car. I want to get below 140! Seems so close but so hard to get the weight to come off! God give me Power!
