Hey Smartoak, worry not - I'm now following Paul McKenna's advice and am not going to weigh myself for two weeks. Lots of things can affect our weight as it appears on the scales. I think his book (I can make you thin) is wonderful - I can eat whatever I want so long as I only eat when I'm hungry, enjoy every mouthful slowly and stop as soon as I feel full. Will let you know how I get on. If this works I will be telling everyone to try it!
