Tonight i'll be moving a LOT of wrecked out material from our house that we are having remodeled. Several old doors, trim, sheetrock. Should be good for burning a few calories. Also planning a couple of 20/4 IF over the next week in conjunction with my usual daily 16/8 fast. Then back to my normally scheduled broadcast.
