Give me Magnesium Sulphate and we are going down.
124.6 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

963 kcal Fat: 34.56g | Prot: 38.32g | Carb: 129.69g.   Breakfast: Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Wyman's Fresh Frozen Wild Blueberries, Bob's Red Mill Organic Oat Bran, Alpro Soya Unsweetened Soya Milk. Lunch: Salad Cream, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Spinach, Tomatoes, Mixed Salad Greens, Cucumber (with Peel), Avocados, Beets, Onions, White Rice, Wild Atlantic Salmon, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Vlasic Old Fashioned Sauerkraut. Snacks/Other: Walkers Baked Ready Salted Crisps, Sugared or Glazed Doughnuts. more...

It`s also used for bowel movement and colon cleansing. Quite effective to me ;-)

Your intestine absorbs more water from the body and brings more volume to your, you know, number 2 in the toilet.
