Already seeing progress! I didn't expect a jump in such a small amount of time but I'm certainly not complaining. I've realised I eat when I'm bored -- I just like the feeling of eating and I love flavours but that's something I have to stop. I took a nice 4-mile walk to the river and back today to go fishing through the sunrise -- always a great inspiration to get things done!
