Easter = BBQ and Mexican food with husband's family = Overeating = Possible Massive Weight Gain. However, I only ate one plate of food (which is a HUGE DEAL for me). Hopefully I won't pay for it too much in the morning. But with MY crazy body....it probably will. Argh!
Didn't workout yesterday or this morning.

***EVENING WORKOUT***
Treadmill stats...
Time: 26min. 28sec.
Distance: 1.55 miles (6.3 laps)
Incline: 6.5
Speed: 3, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8, 3.9 mph

Calories: 258
Fat Cals: 80.6

{{{Only worked out for 26 minutes this evening, but I could have gone longer. The only reason why I stopped myself is because I didn't want to wear my body out too soon. I've learned that working out on Sundays means I lose stamina mid-week. I'm hoping that by not pushing myself too much today, I'll have just enough to workout on Friday morning and evening. I HOPE! However, since I knew I would be doing a short workout, I pushed myself to stay on the higher speeds for much longer. I only warmed up at 3mph for 5 minutes, and took maybe a 1-2 minute 3mph "break" after about 15 minutes of high-speeds. I don't know how much a 25 minute workout will help...but I *hope* it did SOMETHING.}}}
