Started working out. Scale shows a gain, but I don't think it's accurate.
249.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You will always gain a little when you start working out, but its muscle building up, not fat. More muscle burns calories faster. Keep at it and the weight will fall.
