My name is James. I'm 23. I'm broadly built, so the standard BMI isn't accurate for me. I'm 6' 3", and 300 lbs. I carry my weight well and people hardly believe me when I tell them how much I weigh. I am still pudgy, though. Using a BMI that accounts for a broader build, I've determined that my lean body mass is approximately 253 lbs. My current weight goal is 265 lbs. As I get closer to my goal I will re-assess my it. I'm hoping to build more muscle as well as lose this fat, so my goal will likely fluctuate.
