Yesterday was really busy. Randy and I went to see the Hunger Games (funny huh), so didn't get to journal. I did work out before we went by doing Denise Austins yoga workout for 30 minutes.

Today is day 3 of my 10 Day yoga challenge with myself. I did the Biggest Loser yoga workout for 40 minutes-warm up/level 2 and level 3 with 3 lb weights/cool down. I also meditated in the corpse position for 10 minutes. Maybe walk a little later, definitely going to get some house cleaning done today.

129+ calories burned on Sat.
152 calories burned on Sun.
727 calories burned so far

**Also no pop since 4/5 night and coping with the slight headaches. Iced tea is helping with that.
