Lisa Hahn's Journal, 16 October 2017

I feel great today. When I woke up I could barely walk because my back was so tight and seized up. But after getting up and moving around, it loosen up and after a swim, it feels almost normal. I had a great easy swim and feel ready to take on the day. I had a nice weekend with Katie home. I was also able to do a lot of fun things that make me happy...long swim on Sat, run and bike on Sunday. I was planning on taking today off from work but changed my mind because I didn't have anything planning and was afraid I would be bored. Today I am thankful for a membership to Rex with really nice people and a nice pool, a good night sleep last night, a laid back work environment, delicious food. My goal is to stay each day until 3 and not slip out early. I've fallen into a bad habit of leaving a little early most days and going to stop doing that.

Good for you - setting a goal and holding yourself to it. Swimming, now that it's begun to "feel" like autumn, may be something I need to explore... although, I am looking forward to crisp-air walks!
