Korean dressing (2g c), chicken breasts, a few silvers of onion and bell pepper, with bacon sautéed broccoli, I added sesame seeds and avocado oil, and Sriracha too! Yum yum. (The rest of the fam had rice and raw shredded carrots with soy sauce)

Finished the day with almost 1300 cals!!! Yay! A huge increase, hope this helps me! Also net carbs were only at 18.1!!!
