I’m totally crushed, bought a new scale and after my husband calibrated it for me I realized my previous scale was inaccurate. So now I’m completely bummed because I am actually 207.6 and not 201 as my current scale reads. Thinking of.eating a freaking container of ice cream just because it seems useless, I hate me.

Don't let it get to you. You were progressing and you will again. All that ice cream won't help. Try going for a walk or put on a favorite song and dance it out. The scale will soon say what the other did.
