I cooked a low carb cheesecake with truvia sweetener yesterday and ate half of it last night; I just finished the rest of it right now (apart from some Erin ate last night and a piece she took home for Nathan who thought it was "all right" :) .) I still lost about 1/2 a pound yesterday (halves dont show up in the weigh in) so that's wonderful. I can see that I don't want to make the cheesecake too often since I ate it so quickly. :)
268.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 98.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
